Certificates of Completion

After you successfully complete the course, your OL-400C Certificate of Completion will be processed on the following business day (business days are Monday thru Fridays, holidays excepted) and mailed via the U.S. Postal Service, 1st Class Mail.

As we all know, most mail arrives 3-4 days after being posted, but once it is in the hands of the Post Office we do not have any control over it’s delivery and therefore require that you allow 10 business days (Monday thru Friday) for the Post Office to process and deliver the mail.

If the certificate has not arrived 14 days after the business day following the date you completed the course, you should contact us to request a replacement certificate.

Certificates that are mis-mailed due to your registering for the course with the wrong mailing address must be returned to us by the Post Office before they arere-mailed.

Therefore: make sure that when you register, you put down all the proper mailing address information at the time of enrollment.
